標準Denka M-3型六硼化鑭燈絲Standard Denka Model 3 LaB6 Cathodes，在SEM、TEM、X-Ray、Electron Beam Lithography等領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用，六硼化鑭都是最佳的陰極材料。

l 亮度高，10倍于鎢絲亮度，Denka M-3初始亮度值1 x 106 A/cm2。
l 壽命長，溫度和真空決定燈絲的使用壽命。在1550°C和 10-7 Torr時，M-3的使用壽命在500小時。
l 安裝方便
標準燈絲一般有三種形狀：
l 標準尖Standard Tips，也即90°圓錐體/圓尖，，半徑15μ。
l 平尖Flat (Truncated) Tips，圓錐體截去頂端。平尖是優(yōu)先選擇的，穩(wěn)定性和使用壽命是我們的主要考慮因素，亮度有時需要做出一點犧牲。平尖有兩種角度的椎體90°和60°，多種半徑尺寸可供選擇。
l 尖尖Sharp Tips，也即60°圓錐體/圓尖，半徑有5μ和10μ，當(dāng)需要很高的初始亮度而使用壽命暫不考慮時，尖尖就是最佳選擇。
